When the spring to my garage door broke (original to house) I immediately called Coles. The call was quick and professional and they could schedule an appointment on Saturday morning - quicker than expected. James made the service call - he was very nice and explained to me what he needed to do. He checked the other garage door, showed me a fraying cable and gave me the option to fix it. The work on both doors was done quickly.
