When the spring to my garage door broke (original to house) I immediately called Coles. The call was quick and professional and they could schedule an appointment on Saturday morning - quicker than expected. James made the service call - he was very nice and explained to me what he needed to do. He checked the other garage door, showed me a fraying cable and gave me the option to fix it. The work on both doors was done quickly.

He was a one-man show and he treated his business as if you were a neighbor. Now the current Owners and Paul at Atlas continue on in Rob’s tradition. The technician James that has serviced my doors several times is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. What more can you ask?
