The two best person ( Doug and Don) I had to replace my garage door. They were very competence and well organized persons. Very happy with their work.

We had an unusual situation with installing the weatherstripping in a different… Read more We had a very positive experience with our garage door replacement. Ricky was courteous, friendly and professional. We had an unusual situation with installing the weatherstripping in a different way than usual, that required Paul to assist and they did a great job. The only comment that I might add is that Ricky should have been informed of the alternative method of installation ahead of time.

Being notified about… Read more We like the final product,but there were 2 separate delays. So installation happened 2 months after original December date due to shipping delays and the wrong parts coming in. Being notified about the wrong part, by email, the morning of the delivery was frustrating. Also, the second half of our payment looks like it was charged to our credit card without notice or our authorization. This was a surprise as well.

Company response:

Hi Jeremy we apologize for the unforeseen delays, as far as the credit card being ran, upon the initial transaction it was asked if you would like us to store for balance due upon completion which was done. It is also fully disclosed in the original said contract terms that the balance is due upon completion. Possibly during the longer than expected wait time it had been forgotten that the agreement was to store the credit card for completion as discussed. Also as a courtesy no charge we sent out a tech to put a temporary fix on the door so that it was operable until the new doors arrive in stock. We understand your frustrations with lead times as Clopay had bumped out the wait times during your longer than normal wait. (6-10 month lead times) Overall we are glad that you are happy with the overall final product. Industry wide lead times have now improved significantly with lead times for our main supplier Garaga, about a month, give or take. As a courtesy no charge we also returned after the install was completed and included an additional keyless entry free of charge. Again we thank you for your business and patience during these unforeseen times. This is the final communication from the client: Hi Paul: As I read you email and think about the total experience we had with Atlas Doors, I do feel that the review I left is not fair or accurate. I did not consider the extra keyless entry, as you stated. I also did not think about how you sent a representative out to do some repairs on my old doors when the delays originally occurred. Those repairs helped us get through to the time when the new doors were installed. I also appreciate how quickly your company responded to my emails and calls.
