This was not one of those! Paul came out to give us a quote and worked with us to address out needs and proposed solutions. The installer showed up on time, explained the process, and did a spectacular job. He has a great sense of humor and seemed quite knowledgeable. My wife and I are very happy with this company. The whole process was very smooth and our new garage door looks great. 12/10 would reccomend!
Awesome People
Had a new door installed in April of 2022. The salesman (Paul) & Installer (Rickie) were just tremendous. Unfortunately shortly thereafter the door kept opening by itself. I tried to readjust… Read more Had a new door installed in April of 2022. The salesman (Paul) & Installer (Rickie) were just tremendous. Unfortunately shortly thereafter the door kept opening by itself. I tried to readjust but it still kept opening. I made a call to Paul who made some suggestions but to no avail. A follow up call and Lisa was very helpful. The next day, Don came and initially tried to reset but when that did not change things he came back later that day and installed a new motor. Just awesome service!

They explained everything they were going to do. Arrived on time. When finished recheck to make sure everything worked. My installer James left my garage clean. Very professional people to work with.
