2. The salesperson Paul was prompt, professional and very knowledgable.
3. The office always kept me up to date on the scheduling.
4. Rick the installer was also prompt, always kept me informed with the progress of the install and was very professional.
5. I will definitely be referring Atlas Coles for garage door installs or replacements!

The staff called me and texted me to make sure I knew when the appointment was, and texted… Read more Very professional sales/office staff. They someone out in 24 hours to replace/repair a garage door opener. The staff called me and texted me to make sure I knew when the appointment was, and texted live updates with a picture of the technician and when he would arrive. James was very polite and straightforward. He replaced my old opener with a new one in about 1 hour, I was able to work and have a conference call while it was being done, and took away the old one! Highly recommend Atlas.

He put in a service… Read more Most companies say they service however with ATLAS they actually do. When we first met Paul to discuss our options he noticed we needed a new spring on one of our existing doors. He put in a service order to have a complimentary spring put on the very next day. Placing our order that day we were updated regularly as to its progress. Installation of the doors was a whole day and they replaced everything took away the old and cleaned up. My neighbors are impressed.
