When we first met Paul to discuss our options he noticed we needed a new spring on one of our existing doors. He put in a service order to have a complimentary spring put on the very next day. Placing our order that day we were updated regularly as to its progress. Installation of the doors was a whole day and they replaced everything took away the old and cleaned up. My neighbors are impressed.

To our surprise Paul informed us we didn't need to replace the whole door, just the bottoms and they were under warranty. Great communication, and service, the technician was great as well. He made sure both doors were operating correctly and checked all the components. Couldn't be happier.
