I called Atlas to have a tune up on my very old garage door. I wanted to get a tune up first to "try out" a company before ordering a new door. I would like to point out a few key brownie… Read more I called Atlas to have a tune up on my very old garage door. I wanted to get a tune up first to "try out" a company before ordering a new door. I would like to point out a few key brownie points:
1. When I called Heidi, I made a last minute request to see if she had someone in the area, and could they come today. I expected to hear the roar of laughter, but amazingly she found that Dean had some time to come by.
2. Dean arrived on time, and a few minutes before me, and explained my door, how it works, and what he would be doing.
3. Because of the age of my door, Dean was not equipped to replace my rollers, but he sighted that they really didn't need replacing anyway. He checked, adjusted, lubricated, and fixed an issue I have been having with the door, and honored my expectation for what the cost would be for the visit.
I will be buying my new door from Atlas, and I hope to work with Heidi and Dean again soon.
