Multiple calls because of incomplete service. Door does not work properly and not with either opener in two cars. Please complete the service promptly. With rain coming, it isn't pleasant to walk around the garage in order to enter the house. Thank you.

Peter we understand your frustration. Upon the original installation over a year ago it was noted that you should consult with a licensed electrician to have an outlet installed for this motor rather than running extension cords which does in fact void the mfg warranty. Upon returning with your first complaint the circuit board was blown, which we replace the circuit board. A second call was made and a technician returned and found that your RPM module was also fried. A service call was made and we return to replace the RPM module as well. Each time we had indicated that the outlet should be installed. Our technician then let you know that he would be plugging the unit into another outlet that is controlled by a wall switch that cannot be turned off or the power will be shut off. This weekend you made a call into us that nothing was working (the wall switch was turned off) and problem solved by turning on the wall switch. Once again we STRONGLY recommend that you consult with a licensed electrician to install a new indepenent outlet for this motor.Semi satisfied customer

It cannot give optimum door to floor ht. for a ceiling that is somewhat higher than the minimum the suspension system can… Read more In my opinion Garaga door double rail suspension system is poorly designed. It cannot give optimum door to floor ht. for a ceiling that is somewhat higher than the minimum the suspension system can accomodate. A longer top roller bracket would have permitted my door and its track to be 2"higher.

I waited around most of day until I had to leave for an errand after 2:30. Luckily he came and started the work and my wife came home after work to find out was going on.

The doors were installed well and seem of good quality. The problem was scheduling, I was told a day and was called saying I had not notified the sales people of timing, the schedule was agreed upon… Read more The doors were installed well and seem of good quality. The problem was scheduling, I was told a day and was called saying I had not notified the sales people of timing, the schedule was agreed upon but the installer did not show up at the agreed time. I had waited for the installer at 9:00 AM but he did not arrived until 11:45 AM. There appears an issue of communication between the installer and sales.

Lee, we had left multiple messages to schedule and chose the tentative date of March 28, but asked to confirm and didn’t hear back from you. On the 28th another attempt was made to schedule for April 3rd, still with out a response.... You had called our office on March 28nd to our offfice and you stated that no one was at your house when this date was never confirmed by you. We offered the next day on the installation and had notified you that our installer would be there between 10:30-12pm. Sorry for any confusion and we hope you are completely satisfied with the door installation.Repeat Customer
