It was an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They explained what they were going to do and what the product was. I felt comfortable dealing with them. They were the ones who came to explain what they were going to do and they were the ones that did the work. They came when they said they were going to come. They took the amount of time they said they were going to take. When they left, the job was completed and it was done right. They cleaned up after themselves. There were no problems. I should have that kind of experience all the time. I did get them from Angie's List and that's why I still remain on it.

He replaced my rollers, pulleys, etc, on two garage doors that had been racketing back and forth when used, making a lot of noise and not sitting properly on the ground. Now, the doors are both lifting and closing smoothly, they are much quieter, and they close completely and sit nice and straight. I'm happy with the service tech and with the work performed.
