He explained everything very well after. From start to finish, the process was very simple.

From quote to finish all handled in a professional manner. The installer Mike took the time to explain as he installed the high lift rails and opener.

He was knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all questions. He made the brilliant observation we needed 7’ vs 8’ doors unlike other competitors and explained why which made perfect sense. Coles was immediately responsive and sent someone out to our house to measure the next day. Within 24 hours we had a professional, competitive quote with complete with service recommendations.
