When we first met Paul to discuss our options he noticed we needed a new spring on one of our existing doors. He put in a service order to have a complimentary spring put on the very next day. Placing our order that day we were updated regularly as to its progress. Installation of the doors was a whole day and they replaced everything took away the old and cleaned up. My neighbors are impressed.

To our surprise Paul informed us we didn't need to replace the whole door, just the bottoms… Read more My husband and i thought we needed to replace our garage doors because they were rusted at the bottom. To our surprise Paul informed us we didn't need to replace the whole door, just the bottoms and they were under warranty. Great communication, and service, the technician was great as well. He made sure both doors were operating correctly and checked all the components. Couldn't be happier.

Ricky was amazing. Very professional and did not rush the work, even though the temperatures were very chilly outside. He was very patient helping me reprogram our remotes. Great experience.

I then met the manager Paul who showed me the choice of doors, listened to my questions and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with his explanations. The installer came out on time and explained everything he was going to do, and did a wonderful job. This team was so professional, and friendly.
