Unfortunately shortly thereafter the door kept opening by itself. I tried to readjust but it still kept opening. I made a call to Paul who made some suggestions but to no avail. A follow up call and Lisa was very helpful. The next day, Don came and initially tried to reset but when that did not change things he came back later that day and installed a new motor. Just awesome service!
