The tech came out and told us (not to our surprise) that our 2 doors were quite old and the motors should be replaced, even though only one was making noise. The gave us a discount on the 2nd door, and replaced it that day. They were also quite responsive and accommodating when I had telephone questions. Highly recommend.

After the company was sold, I had a new key pad installed and yesterday was told it needed to be replaced. The previous keypad had worked for 20 years and this one lasted 1 year. The company refused to stand behind it and charged both parts and service call. I will not be using Atlas Garage door again.
