Disappointed
When a problem with the wiring became apparent during the installation, the sales advisor (Paul) was not really interested in helping solve the problem, but wanted to charge an additional fee.

Ed, I am sorry that you were not happy. I had advised that either A. We Install our wiring by securing it to the Sheetrock as we normally would or B. return to wire the safety eyes into your pre-ran wire once you were able to determine where the wire was pinched by your electrician behind the Sheetrock. The suggestion that you and I had discussed on the phone was to special order (T-wire channel) and return for a fee to avoid having to staple to the Sheetrock which you opted to not have us do. It is clearly stated in each and every proposal the external wiring and framing is the responsibility of the homeowner. We ran the wiring at no additional charge over the Sheetrock satisfactory with 3 fully functioning doors and motors. My technicians could not wait on site until the issue with the pre-wiring was trouble shot and resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. When your electrician fixes the issue we will gladly return to splice your safety eyes in.single garage door opener
