Peter we understand your frustration. Upon the original installation over a year ago it was noted that you should consult with a licensed electrician to have an outlet installed for this motor rather than running extension cords which does in fact void the mfg warranty. Upon returning with your first complaint the circuit board was blown, which we replace the circuit board. A second call was made and a technician returned and found that your RPM module was also fried. A service call was made and we return to replace the RPM module as well. Each time we had indicated that the outlet should be installed. Our technician then let you know that he would be plugging the unit into another outlet that is controlled by a wall switch that cannot be turned off or the power will be shut off. This weekend you made a call into us that nothing was working (the wall switch was turned off) and problem solved by turning on the wall switch. Once again we STRONGLY recommend that you consult with a licensed electrician to install a new indepenent outlet for this motor.
